I was not at all aware I had weak glutes but this is the first program my physiotherapist identified when I began my treatments for what she found to be a meniscus tear. As an avid hiker, I had no idea how important the glutes were prior to that (my leg muscles are strong so I thought I was fine). Such a game-changer!

Your program is awesome. After doing all the 3 phases my knee pain is almost zero and I'm able to sit, lunge, walk up, and down the stairs with no pain at all. Thank you so much and I'm so glad that I came across you and go to know you. Wish to meet you in person one day.

When I was discharged from traditional PT by my insurance company I knee I needed more because I still didn't feel stable in my knee. Almost immediately after starting this program I felt stronger, more stable & I didn't hurt after doing the exercises. I felt challenged, but was also confident I wasn't hurting myself more because you focused so much on form and technique. I knew I'm only starting on month 3, but I've had almost zero plantar fascia and knee pain even when on my bare feet for hours cooking. I can't say enough good things about working with you.

Just did the single leg squat from Phase 2 and I've been trying to do those for years and this one went so much better because of your cues!! Plus the work I've put in with Phase 1. I'm feeling so much more hopeful!!! My right glute/knee has a ways to go strength-wise but I'm not in pain while doing the exercises

Dr. Claire has been amazing to work with. From our discovery call I felt heard, seen, and finally like someone who understands the totality of deal with an injury as an athlete means. I've seen continue and deep improvement during our work, less pain, more strength and stability and overall feeling much better. The access and flexibility are also so helpful. Highly recommend!

I ran for 10x- 1 min off 1 min run with no knee pain or swelling. I am taking it really slowly this time around. I want to give you a big shout out for the amazing program you have put together for me.

Helped my knees feel better. The pain has not completely gone but I would say it's 95% better than how they used to be. I'm doing some of the exercises regularly to keep my knees pain free (well almost!)

Hi Claire, would like to share that I just finished with phase 1 workouts which I did for 8 weeks and started with phase 2 workouts. Today was day 1 and I am able to do lunges with little to no pain in my right knee. Previously I wasn't able to bend my right knee at all while doing any kind of lunges. Thank you for creating this program, I am looking forward to days where I am able to lift heavy with no knee pain.
